Central Coast Leagues Club

The recent refurbishment of Central Coast League’s Club, managed by Colliers International, with architecture by Altis Architecture and construction by Belmadar, marks a significant upgrade to one of the region’s key entertainment venues. The Haron Robson & Lightmatters team played an instrumental role in this transformation.

The brief was to enhance member amenities, which involved modifications to existing ground and level 2 floors, focusing on internal, external façade, and roof terrace lighting. The Haron Robson and Lightmatters team involvement began with an in-depth site survey and briefing, aimed at assessing the existing lighting set up and understanding the operational challenges. This initial phase set the stage for the development of a robust design brief, encompassing the overall lighting design approach, target budgets, and considerations for project staging. In the concept design phase, the Haron Robson team closely collaborated with the design team to refine lighting strategies, evaluating control system options, and solidifying the budgets with precise accuracy.

The collaboration with consultants is evident through the enhancement of the club’s new additions, and extended beyond mere technical expertise – the Wildwood Dining area, Seed + Vine café and wine bar, and the Arena sports bar. The result was a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, where lighting played a key role in defining the ambiance and user experience of each space.

The Haron Robson’s team approach not only aligned with the club’s new brand identity but also significantly elevated the overall member experience, showcasing their ability to integrate technical and creative lighting solutions in a dynamic and multifaceted entertainment environment.
