Haron Robson is 40 today
#haronrobson - an adventure in learning and discovery.
Every adventure starts somewhere. For us, it began in 1985 — a small office, a non-digital camera, and a young engineer “keen and ready to
help,” though perhaps still mastering his “race face” for that first official photo.
Back then, enthusiasm was our most powerful tool. There were fewer rules, more instinct, and a lot of late nights learning
as we went. But even then, the mission was simple - solve problems, make things better, and keep moving forward.
As the years rolled on, there were plenty of Parties. Parties. Parties. Moments like Tom & Glen in 1995, well before
black became our unofficial work uniform. Those were the days of flannel shirts, big glasses, and bigger dreams - a reminder that
collaboration and camaraderie have always powered our creativity.
Through the decades, our work evolved alongside the technology around us. We refined, adapted, and experimented — researching,
testing, and inventing
better ways to design, document, and deliver. Our partners, suppliers, and collaborators have been essential to that evolution.
Now, people talk a lot about AI - but we like to think we’ve had our own kind all along. Ours stands for Accumulated Intelligence
— built up over 40 years of tracked processes, tested results, and hard-earned experience. It’s what guides our decisions today: reliable
facts, real experience, great outcomes.
We’ve celebrated plenty of successes along the way - each award is a reflection of teamwork, trust, and a shared passion for creative
problem-solving.
And we’ve often been a few steps ahead of the curve. At a trade show in 2016, Murray Robson and Glen Haron were already predicting the
decade of the battery - spotting the shift before it became a movement. That’s what being Engineering Wise really means: learning from the
past, reading the present, and preparing for what’s next.
By 2018, at our Vinyl Anniversary (33 & 1/3 years), we paused to thank everyone who had helped shape the journey -
clients, colleagues, and collaborators alike. That gratitude still stands today.
From 1985 to 2025, that same spirit of curiosity and collaboration has carried us through more than 8,000 projects across 23 countries -
always seeking to solve problems and make things better than expected.Four decades on, the adventure continues — shaped by experience,
teamwork, and the belief that there’s always a smarter way to do things.
After 40 years, you could say we’ve become Engineering Wise.
To every client, colleague, and collaborator who’s been part of the story - thank you. It’s been one hell of an adventure.
