Trusted Partnership with Billbergia Delivers Another Success at Rhodes

Congratulations to Billbergia for winning the 2016 MBA Award for best Residential and Mixed Use Development in the Open Price Category for Skyline Apartments at Village Quays in Rhodes.

Skyline Apartments is Stage 3 of the Village Quays Project, also known as Building D in the 5-tower development. Haron Robson provided design and delivery of electrical, lighting, security and access control, telecommunications and the smoke detection system for the development in addition to works to the completed 4 towers.

Skyline Apartments is a 26-storey high-rise residential building consisting of 226 apartments, seven retail stores and a community parkland. The building was completed under budget and three and a half months ahead of program.

The brief included solutions that ensured the apartments retained low operating costs, and satisfied ESD measures. The development is aesthetically exciting and the design team paid attention to every small detail to ensure low long-term maintenance for the apartment owners and provided Canada Bay Council with an excellent public amenity for use by all the residents of Village Quays.

Haron Robson have been a trusted partner of Billbergia for over 20 years having worked on major precincts including Waterpoint at Meadowbank, Wentworth Point Marina, Village Quays and Station Precinct and the Pedestrian & Bus Bridge connecting Wentworth Point to Rhodes.
