Hawkesbury Living

Richmond

Hawkesbury Living provides both retirement housing for the over 55’s and nursing home (high care) facilities with tastefully decorated and comfortable bedrooms and lounging areas indoor and out. The nursing home facility is all one level with generous hallways, walkways and easy disabled access through automatic doors. Fully ducted air conditioning & modern technology for resident & staff communication.

Stage two of the project involved the construction of five new double rooms and associated living spaces. The building was an extension to an existing residential aged care facility, where residents remained onsite for the duration of the construction.

Haron Robson, commissioned by the Architect and directly by the Client, provided electrical design and communications systems, lighting design, electrical masterplanning, audio visual design and construction services.

Built on a ‘green field’ site the facility combined various levels of care and systems tailored to suit these requirements.
