Boomerang, the legendary trophy residence on Sydney Harbour, is an iconic building reflecting a bygone era. Boomerang has been described as
the oldest and finest example of Spanish architecture in Australia. A three-storey mansion with rendered walls, it has 25 rooms, 6 bathrooms
and 4 kitchens. A private cinema was constructed in the basement by Albert in 1928. Likened to a miniature version of the State Theatre, it
seats 200 people. When Paula and Lindsay Fox purchased the property they set about modernising the services and restoring the gardens and
finishes to a high standard.
We provided advice on the lighting of the gardens and the photo below shows our lighting tests conducted for the client to approve our
lighting scheme.
