A service lift is on its way.

More capability. More coverage. More to come.

The next step in integrated building services

Electrical services have always touched almost every function of a building. Its been our focus and what we are known for.

Power, lighting, communications, security, audio visual, controls, energy systems and the interfaces with mechanical, hydraulic, fire and other building services all need to work together if a project is going to perform as intended.

For many years, Haron Robson has worked across these interfaces — coordinating with other consultants, bringing specialist teams together and expanding our capabilities in areas such as energy, audio visual, communications, security and specialist lighting.

With Revit and coordinated digital models now central to the design process, services are no longer developed as isolated disciplines and brought together at the end. We can see the building as a coordinated system much earlier — and that makes a more integrated approach to building services both useful and increasingly practical.

For us, the next step has become increasingly clear.

Rather than simply coordinating with a wider team, there is an opportunity to bring more of that expertise together — becoming involved in project earlier, improving coordination, reducing interfaces and giving clients access to broader capability while maintaining the project knowledge and relationships they already value.

We have been working towards that next stage for some time.

There will be more to say shortly.

More capability. More coordination. More services.
