Wentworth Point Marinas, a “Siriusly” great place to live!

Completed in 2016, the Sirius building at Wentworth Point Marinas was the 5th stage of a 9 -stage, $1.6 billion master planned project which also includes the Quarterdeck, Zen, and Regatta buildings. Developed as a joint venture between Billbergia and AMP Capital, this $230 million development, has reshaped the Homebush Bay shoreline.

The Wentworth Point Marinas precinct is a waterfront marvel, and the Sirius building is its crown jewel. This project comprises of 699 residential apartments and 6 retail spaces, spread across 27 levels above ground, all set against the picturesque Rhodes skyline.

The Haron Robson team took charge of complete electrical services design, including reticulation, substations, switchboards, lighting design, security systems, dry fire, alarms, and communication systems. We were also involved in the Precinct Master Development Plan, including integrated communications across the site, electrical distribution network and public amenity lighting strategy, to further enhance the site’s allure.

Wentworth Point Sirius is more than just a residential complex; it's a vibrant waterfront community. With sweeping water views, modern interiors, and access to a rooftop garden, it redefines urban living. The nearby Bennelong Bridge provides seamless connectivity to Sydney's Central Business District.
